- Ready To Ship items ship on Mondays & Thursdays

- Please allow up to 6 weeks for shipment of custom made & made to order items.

- Shipment is made via USPS first class mail with tracking number. Large orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

- Your tracking # will be emailed to you once your order goes into production. It may be a week or 2 before it's actually dropped at the post office. Don't get scared if your tracking # doesn't move at first. Once it's dropped off at the post it usually takes 48 hours for the updates to show up on your tracking #.

- Once your package is with USPS it is literally out of my hands. I don't have any special, behind the scenes info or control over your package when USPS is in possession of your order. I have the same tracking info you do.
I cannot be held responsible if your package is lost in the mail or stolen from your property. It is very rare that packages are lost, but it does happen...

Which is why:
I offer Route Package Protection on all orders. This service includes a small fee at checkout, but covers your purchase if it is lost, damaged, or even stolen. (Mail thieves?assholes) The few extra bux is well worth it & gives you peace of mind. I dig it. It is auto applied to every cart, but if you wanna live fast & loose with your expensive order, you can X it out of your cart.
